Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Given the nature of these products, all sales are final. Refunds or exchanges will only be considered on the basis of incorrect items. Notice of incorrect items must be given within 48 hours of the delivery of the product and submitted with an image of the product received. So long as the product is determined to be incorrect we will work to coordinate a refund for you within 5-7 business days.

Do you offer gluten free products?

I am more than happy to coordinate private orders and gluten free requests with my clients. In this day and age I understand that levels of tolerance vary widely from person to person. I have access to a commissary kitchen that does provide a high heat sanitization unit which reaches 186 degrees Fahrenheit. If you happen to be in the circumstance where cross contamination is a concern I'm happy to coordinate an order on a day that I'm in the kitchen. 

Otherwise I'm happy to say that I use King Arthur's Gluten Free All Purpose Flour for any gluten free baking.

What is in your chocolates?

Per county requirements you can find all ingredients for the products that I create on the prepackaged chocolate products. When possible, I try to use 72% cacao for the outer shells and Ghirardelli's premium dark chocolate morsels for the filling. To ensure shelf stability of my chocolate products I use freeze dried berries, corn or glucose syrup depending on availability, water, and lemon juice. Caramel filled chocolates are made using Peter's caramel for now. Coffee filled chocolates are made with fresh coffee and syrup.
